Opensend Alternatives: Pricing and Review (October 2026)

October 28, 2026•8 min read

The best Opensend alternatives depend on what you sell. Opensend is built for ecommerce brands that want to identify shoppers and send them into email and ad platforms. If you run a U.S. service or local business and want identified visitors turned into real conversations and booked appointments, LeadSpyder is the alternative built for that job.

Key takeaways

  • As of October 2026, Opensend's pricing page lists three tiers at $400, $800 and $1,600 per month (annual billing), priced by identities delivered, plus an Enterprise tier and a $1 trial.
  • Opensend focuses on ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brands, with integrations such as Shopify and Klaviyo.
  • Opensend's per-identity price is lower than LeadSpyder's at comparable volume. The difference is what happens after identification.
  • Data-only tools give you a list; LeadSpyder gives you conversations: ranked visitors, team alerts, a helpful first email on every plan, and an AI Employee on the top plan that answers replies and books appointments.
  • We could not verify some Opensend details today (listed below), so we left them out rather than guess.

What is Opensend?

Opensend is a visitor identification and customer data company for online stores. As of October 2026, Opensend's homepage says it helps brands "identify, engage, and retain high-value shoppers," and its pricing page FAQ says it helps "ecommerce marketing teams recognize more customers." The site also announces that "Opensend has acquired Fueled."

Opensend organizes its product into three parts, as described on its pricing page:

  • Connect identifies high-intent anonymous visitors in real time and syncs them into marketing platforms to trigger welcome flows, retargeting and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Reconnect maintains customer identity across devices, browsers and sessions.
  • Ignite captures behavioral event data and sends it to the rest of your marketing stack.

On identity data, the homepage says Opensend's network includes "180M" U.S. shoppers and sees traffic for "100k+ US-based sites." On match rate, the pricing FAQ says: "Opensend typically identifies around 25-35% of anonymous visitors, though results vary." Setup is through a pixel, a Shopify app or a server-side integration, and the page lists Klaviyo, Meta, Google and TikTok among the platforms it syncs with.

Other details from the same page:

  • Annual billing is labeled "Save 20%." The monthly-billing prices did not appear in the version of the page we were able to load, so we have not listed them.
  • "The identities received can be capped, and any unused credit will roll over."
  • Each tier offers a 14-day trial, and the page invites you to "Start your trial for $1."

What could we not verify about Opensend?

When we checked on October 28, 2026, some Opensend pages would not load through our standard research tool, and a direct request to Opensend's B2B page returned an empty response. We were able to read the homepage and the pricing page directly. We did not verify, and so do not state:

  • Monthly-billing (non-annual) prices for each tier.
  • Which data fields come with each identified shopper (for example, whether phone numbers are included).
  • Details or pricing of Opensend's B2B offering.
  • Any independent ratings. Opensend's site says it is "buyer's choice on TrustRadius"; we did not check the TrustRadius listing ourselves.

If any of these matter to your decision, ask Opensend directly before you buy.

What should an Opensend review cover?

If you are reading Opensend reviews, or writing your own after a trial, these are the questions that matter most:

  1. How many identities did you actually get? Compare against your real traffic and the tier you chose.
  2. What did each identity include? An email alone fits ecommerce flows. A service business usually wants a phone number too, for use after the person replies.
  3. What happened next? Identification only pays off when someone receives a helpful message. For a store, that is a Klaviyo flow. For a roofer or a dental practice, it is a personal email and a booked appointment.
  4. Who did the work? If your team has to write, send and answer every follow-up, count that time as part of the cost.

What are the best Opensend alternatives?

The right alternative depends on your business model. Here is how the main options line up, using only facts from each vendor's own site, checked October 28, 2026.

1. LeadSpyder: best Opensend alternative for service and local businesses

LeadSpyder identifies the people visiting your website (person-level), with name, email and phone where available, plus company, job title and LinkedIn profile for business visitors, delivered to your CRM. On average, LeadSpyder identifies 30% or more of non-bot, U.S.-based website traffic. Results vary by site. Matching runs against a 269M+ U.S. consumer profile identity graph with up to 27 data points.

Where Opensend is built to feed ecommerce marketing flows, LeadSpyder is built to start and carry the first conversation for businesses that sell services:

  • SpyderScore ranks each identified visitor 0 to 100 by intent, and SpyderAlert notifies your team.
  • Every plan starts with a helpful, value-first email about the topic the person was researching. It never mentions the visit.
  • On Starter Pro + AI Employee, the AI Employee answers replies across calls, website chat, DMs and texts, qualifies the person and books the appointment.

Pricing: $1 for 7 days (up to 50 identified visitors), then Starter $200/mo (600), Starter Pro $500/mo (1,500) or Starter Pro + AI Employee $1,000/mo (3,000). Annual billing equals 10 months' price. That is $0.33 per identified visitor at full volume, with no setup fees, no contracts, and cancel anytime. See the pricing page.

To be plain about it: Opensend's published per-identity price ($0.168 to $0.20 on annual billing) is lower than LeadSpyder's. If all you need is shopper emails flowing into Klaviyo, that matters. If you need the identified person turned into a reply and an appointment, compare the total cost of the outcome, including your team's time.

2. RB2B

As of October 2026, RB2B's pricing page lists a free company-level plan (150 resolutions), Starter at $79/mo (person-level LinkedIn URLs to Slack or Teams, no email addresses), Pro from $149/mo (adds business emails and integrations) and Pro+ from $199/mo. Contact-level identification is U.S. only. It fits B2B teams more than ecommerce or local services. Compare it in detail at LeadSpyder vs RB2B.

3. Warmly

As of October 2026, Warmly's pricing page starts at $10,000/year (or $4,875/quarter) for its AI Web-Deanonymization plan, which identifies "contacts + companies," with chat and automation tiers above that. Warmly announced on June 30, 2026 that it has entered into an agreement to be acquired by HubSpot. See LeadSpyder vs Warmly.

4. Snitcher

As of October 2026, Snitcher prices by unique companies identified each month, from $49/mo for up to 50 companies, with a 14-day trial and no credit card. It is a company-level tool, best for B2B teams rather than online stores or local services.

How do you choose between Opensend and an alternative?

  • You run an online store and live in Klaviyo. Opensend is designed for you. Test it against your flows.
  • You sell a service to U.S. consumers or small businesses (roofing, HVAC, dental, med spa, mortgage, insurance, legal). You need the person, a phone number where available, and someone to answer replies. LeadSpyder fits. See HVAC and med spa examples.
  • You sell B2B software. Look at RB2B, Warmly or a company-level tool like Snitcher.
  • Your traffic is mostly outside the U.S. Person-level tools, including LeadSpyder, will not help much. Use a company-level tool with global coverage.

How should you follow up with identified visitors?

Whatever tool you choose, the follow-up decides whether identification builds trust or erodes it.

  1. Consent first. LeadSpyder's pixel uses a first-party cookie and asks for consent first where state law requires it.
  2. Email first, about the topic. Send a helpful guide, checklist or answer related to what the person was researching. Never mention the visit.
  3. Calls and texts after engagement. Only once the person replies, fills in a form or calls you.
  4. Rank before you reach out. Spend your attention on the highest-intent visitors first.
